More art I live with.

Additional cool school stuffs.

The bizarre beachball altar is part of an amazing concept.  The Dade Public Education Fund and Ocean Bank team up every year to distribute huge loads of discarded materials from Miami businesses, and we get to fill our cars and recycle the goodies into aesthetic gold, followed by a big show and awards.  That year we won the “Best of the Best” trophy with our crazed columns.  You can click on the pic to see it with more detail, the circle theme was formed by old 45rpm records.

The mural graces the waterfountain corner of our school, painted by none other than Nina herself.  One summer they paid us to turn the entire building into a wonderworld.  We spent the sunny months eating lobster at Ale House for breakfast at noon, then slapping pretty pictures on the walls until sundown.  Good times.
