That is an actual screenshot from the upcoming NBA Jam video game. After watching Chris Bosh in person for the first game of the best team in basketball history last night in downtown Miami, I didn’t think hoops could get any sweeter.
I was wrong.
Soon President Obama will be dunking nasty in Sarah Palin’s face!
Oh man, and I thought Marvel vs. Capcom 3 had my juices flowing. Now this? Yikes. I will leave you with a quote from Trey Smith of EA Sports. Very exciting times.
Sarah Palin is hilarious in the game. She has a beehive haircut and a helicopter dunk that is just awesome. She also makes some pretty funny faces in the photos. It’s just good, clean fun. We even made logos for the Republicans and Democrats, where the donkey is this bad-ass donkey with a Mohawk, and the Republicans have this cool elephant. In the beginning, we were just trying to be true to “Jam,” but on the flip side, it’s really cool to put this in there. Ever since we announced this game, people wanted Bill Clinton to be back. They knew that Obama was a baller, so they wanted him in the game. It’s just this perfect storm for us and we couldn’t be happier to include all of these characters in the game.
Chris Bosh got milk. Miami got flavor.
If you don’t know the Heat’s brilliant power forward, he is all about the Art. We are cooking up all kinds of outrageous ways to optimize this most exciting part of the most talented team in sports history. Chris Bosh is not afraid to gush about what is about to happen. In a recent Sports Illustrated video interview he told the straight-up truth:
“We have the perfect balance. Dwyane is the perfect scorer. Lebron is the perfect all-around player. I’m the perfect low post player. Together we can make this a really really good team.”
Thanks to XeroO for the intense teeth. He is no longer a Raptor, but he is about to bite off the biggest hunk of history that the NBA has ever seen. Chris Bosh is an inspiration.
Something unbelievable just happened here in Miami. Pat Riley was able to sign Bosh and LeBron to play alongside DWade.
This is like choosing the three best starters, two best closers, and four best hitters to build a baseball team.
This is like picking any 14 players in the world to play football in your city.
This is like a video game, but it is happening in real life. Here. Where I live.
This is a surreal paradise for someone who has been going to Heat games for 22 years since the first night they played, with Rony Seikaly in the Miami Arena.
This is unbelievable.
